Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your reservation with no charge. After the 48 hours, you will be charged 50 percent of your scheduled service. If you experience a last minute emergency and cannot make your appointment please contact us directly. Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and make a 50% deposit to make your next appointment. Clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may have their booking privileges restricted. Refund Policy: We want to ensure you are more than happy with your service and experience at CK Hair Design. If you are ever dissatisfied regarding your hair color or haircut appointment, please reach out to your stylist. They will adjust what you need, complimentary within the first 7 days after the appointment. Keep in mind, a complimentary adjustment does not take place if you changed your mind about the color/cut service, in this scenario an additional charge can take place. In no circumstance will a refund be offered as a stylist’s time cannot be given back.
